You spend 10 minutes searching for the phone you are holding in your hands.

You have the spice cabinet of a professional chef.

You own every flavor of Crystal Light.

You find yourself wandering the grocery store for hours trying to find a miracle chocolate that has no carbs, calories, or sodium.

Food Network has become porn.

you have to hide the peanut butter so you aren't tempted to spoon it...

Cinnamon and splenda tastes good on just about EVERYTHING.

You start coming up with all these whack food combinations that most people cringe at

Mustard becomes your new obsession.

Frozen broccoli starts to taste sweet

I find myself looking through the sugar free pudding and cool whip hoping they create one that is not only sugar free but everything free with no calories no matter how much eat....still looking... Embarrassed
